TWO ON A WEDGE: Improve your hand-eye coordination with this fun trick shot. Place two balls side by side and, using a wedge,  hit them both with one swing. Concentrate on the point where the balls touch. This shot will develop your hand-eye coordination much faster than single ball drills and soon you'll have more control over all shots.

SAW BLADE: An excellent (and cheap) way to improve your putting stroke is to place a common hack saw blade on the green behind the ball and use it as a guide to keep your stroke on line.
